Polypropylene needle-punched filter felt
The selection of filter cloth is very important for the filtering effect. Filter cloth plays a key role in the use of the filter press. Its performance and model selection directly affect the filtering effect. At present, the commonly used filter cloth is the filter cloth made of weaved synthetic fibers. Filter cloth materials can be classified into polyester, vinylon, polypropylene and chinlon. In order to achieve the ideal retaining effect and the filtering speed, the filter cloth should also be selected by considering the slurry granularity, density, chemical composition and filtering process conditions. Due to the difference in material and weaving method, the strength, elongation, permeability and thickness of filter cloth will be different, which will affect the filtering effect. In addition, the filter media, including cotton woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, sieve mesh, filter paper and microporous membrane, should be determined according to the actual filtering requirements.

Polypropylene needle-punched filter felt
Polypropylene filter cloth:
Characterized by wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fast water discharge, this product is used for sewage treatment of industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, ceramic, plastic, aluminum factory, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing.
Polyester filter cloth:
Characterized by good acid resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and recovery performance, this product is applied to pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, metallurgy and industrial filter press.
Chinlon filter cloth:
This product is applied to industries such as rubber, ceramic, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, etc. Its strong alkali and weak acid resistance performance is superior among many types of fibers. It can be pressed with rubber. This is an ideal material in the tire manufacturing industry.
Vinylon filter cloth:
This product can be applied to the rubber industry and industries with strong alkali. It can withstand strong alkali, its hygroscopicity is excellent, and it can be combined with adhesive easily.
