Filter plate is the core filtering element of filter press. The material, mode and quality of filter plate will directly affect the filtering performance of the complete machine. The design scheme of the feed diameter, distribution of filtering points (filtering channel) and water discharge channel will be different for different materials. Jingwo filter plate is made from imported TPE elastomer and high-strength polypropylene, enabling the filter plate to have the elasticity like that of rubber filter plate and the tenacity and rigidity like that of polypropylene filter plate, so as to achieve better sealing performance when the filter plate is compressed. All technical indicators of filter plate conform to EU standards.
